Wardrobe analytics is the layer above an inventory. Once wear counts exist, several things become visible that are otherwise invisible:
- Which pieces carry the wardrobe — usually a much smaller set than expected
- Which have never been worn at all
- Real cost per wear, rather than the forecast made at the till
- Whether one category or season is over-served
The most useful single number is the gap between the wear count you predicted at purchase and the one you actually achieved. That gap describes your shopping habits more accurately than any budget.
